The Book of Clarence
Clarence is a renegade from Jerusalem in the year AD 33. He devise a scheme to follow the footsteps of Jesus and become a well known Messiah himself. He is relentless in his pursuit of fame and fortune. Clarence takes drastic measures to convince others he possess the same powers of the Jesus of Nazareth, including trying to be inducted as the 13th apostle.
This movie is set in biblical times and gives a different perspective on the New Testament. Clarence is played by actor LaKeith Stanfield. The soundtrack list a number of heavy hitters including, Jay-Z, whom also is an executive producer of the film. The soundtrack also includes, Lil Wayne, Kid Cudi, Shabba Ranks, Buju Banton and more!
